Job summary

Complete Care at Hagerstown in Maryland is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for direct care in full- and part-time roles. The position offers weekend differential, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will administer medications, manage treatments, assess residents, plan care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork
