Complete Care at Springbrook in Silver Spring, MD is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care. Full-time, part-time and PRN options, agency-free facility, and daily pay available.

We provide skilled nursing care to recently discharged patients and long-term residents, with therapy as needed. As a nurse, you will administer medications, wound care, monitor health, perform clinical procedures, assist in care planning, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families,

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: Observe health status, track changes & analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork.
