Job summary

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, Tennessee is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Full-Time or PRN positions are available, with a $10,000 bonus for full-time staff and opportunities to work 6:30p-6:30a.

In this role you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed
• Participate in care planning and family meetings
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Help train and support new nursing staff
