Job summary

Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paris, Tennessee is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in a per diem/PRN capacity. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

The role requires an active Tennessee RN license with experience in long-term care preferred, strong clinical skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vitals and status changes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN)to join our growing team in Paris, Tennessee.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred

RN Responsibilities
