Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (Part Time) to deliver high-quality care at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and help residents maintain health and dignity in a supportive, teamwork-driven environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, safe care environments, and collaboration with family and staff while upholding infection control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care.
• Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Supervise and assist care staff with ADL support.
• Respond to resident needs and assist with mobility.
• Maintain medical records and follow infection control protocols.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.

Schedule:

Part - Time | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM every other weekend

Location:

Wesley Ridge, 2225 Taylor Park Dr, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
