Ideal candidates hold NY RN license, CPR/BLS, and a nursing degree; long-term care experience preferred. This full-time position offers day/evening/night shifts at the 1072 Grand Concourse facility in Bronx, NY 10456.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health, report changes to physicians and families, and document appropriately.
• Perform wound care, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed.
• Develop, update, and review resident care plans.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Position Overview
