Job summary

Concourse Rehab & Nursing Center in Bronx, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.

This full-time position offers shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am on-site, with a competitive pay rate of $45–$50 per hour and a $4,000 sign-on bonus, plus health, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health, report changes to physicians and families, and document appropriately.
• Perform wound care, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed.
• Develop, update, and review resident care plans.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Position Overview

RN Registered Nurse Job Requirements:
