Leavitt Family Jewish Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts in Longmeadow, MA. The role pays $41.00–$48.00 per hour, depending on experience, and requires active MA RN licensure with CPR (BLS/ACLS).

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with daily care, and document care plans within an interdisciplinary team. The position emphasizes resident dignity, safety, infection control, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, vital signs, and documentation in EHR

Qualifications for Success:

• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
