Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer 12-hour night shifts, both full-time and part-time opportunities, and a $13,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatrics preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and a commitment to quality resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes.
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately and timely.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and care team.
• Provide guidance and supervision to LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate nursing care for resident safety and outcomes.
• Complete accurate EHR documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Ensure infection control and compliance with regulations.

• 12-Hour Shifts

RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Willow Ridge, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately and timely.

• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.

• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.

• Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.

• Current and active North Carolina RN license.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Leadership abilities and a commitment to quality resident care.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to nursing.
