Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. You will deliver resident-centered care and act as a clinical leader within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include planning and evaluating care plans, administering medications, wound care, patient education, and discharge coordination. Current NC RN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong clinical judgment are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document treatments and responses.
• Provide direct bedside care for a variety of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents.
• Monitor residents and manage specialized medical equipment while interpreting clinical data and electronic outputs.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions.
• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.

What You'll Do
