Elm Crest Senior Living in Harlan, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for flexible PRN shifts. You’ll monitor residents, administer medications, and lead nursing staff, with opportunities to pick up part-time or full-time hours.

Earn $38.00–$43.70 per hour based on experience, plus $3.25 PM and $3.50 overnight premiums. We support an inclusive, deficiency-friendly team and offer comprehensive benefits with a commitment to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
