Job summary

Elm Crest Senior Living in Iowa is seeking an LPN to join our nursing team with flexible shift options, including Full-Time Nights and PRN opportunities. Earn competitive hourly pay with evening and night differentials and a fast, ongoing hiring process.

As an LPN, you will deliver skilled nursing care per care plans, monitor residents, assist with assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to promote comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Iowa or an active multistate LPN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred.
• Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Options

• Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• PRN / On-Call: Choose shifts as they become available
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours ranging from part-time to full-time schedules

Compensation

• $25.00-$31.33 per hour, depending on experience
• Evening Differential: $3.25/hour
• Night Differential: $3.50/hour
• Holiday and on-call premium pay opportunities

What You'll Contribute
