Job summary

Elm Crest Senior Living is actively seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer a $2,500 hiring bonus for full-time hires and $1,250 for part-time hires, along with shift differentials and flexible scheduling.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily care, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain residents’ quality of life. Strong English communication and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification listed on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or active certification from another state eligible for transfer
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and occasional holidays

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Following and supporting individualized care plans
• Encouraging resident engagement through activities and social interaction

Available Shifts

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 12-Hour Overnight: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will play an important role in helping residents maintain their highest quality of life by:
