Job summary

Rancho Rehab & Healthcare in Florissant, MO is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work full-time or part-time with a sign-on bonus.

Deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to support residents and their families in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Missouri.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care and accurately document medications and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Document responses to nursing care in resident charts
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Support unit operations and assume charge nurse duties when assigned
