Job summary

Rancho Rehab & Healthcare in Florissant, MO is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our clinical team and deliver high-quality resident care alongside a supportive, team-based culture.

You will administer medications, document treatments accurately, assist physicians with procedures, provide health education, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers. Flexible scheduling and a sign-on bonus are available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Document responses to nursing care in resident charts.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support unit operations and assume charge nurse duties when assigned.
