Job summary

River Crossing Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team near home with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. New graduates welcome and sign-on bonus offered.

The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support physicians during procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a collaborative, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Current license as Registered Nurse in Missouri.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willing to vaccinate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates in planning and evaluating nursing care with the team.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and condition to the team.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license asa Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to receive vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
