Job summary

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dyersburg, TN seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Full-Time or PRN positions involve direct resident care, medication administration, and support of the clinical team in a fast-paced facility.

The RN will collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff, perform assessments, and ensure accurate documentation while prioritizing resident safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition and vital signs.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs as needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Dyersburg, Tennessee.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• -Strong clinical and assessment skills
• -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

RN Responsibilities
