Complete Care at Silver Lake in Dover, DE is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care. You will administer medications, provide wound care, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to deliver individualized care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Delaware.
• Ability to perform Medications administration, wound care and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections).
• Treatments and wound care; manage pain and dressings.
• Perform health assessments and monitor changes.
• Create and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and families.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records and documentation.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
