Job summary

NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Dickson, TN. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and documentation in alignment with physician orders and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Graduate Nurses (GNs) are encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.
• Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.

Sign-On Bonus

Eligible full-time hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Eligibility, payment schedule, and other terms are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
