Job summary

NHC Dickson is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our close-knit long-term care team at 812 N Charlotte St, Dickson, TN. Earn $15–$22/hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, plus opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career advancement.

You’ll provide personal care, dining assistance, and emotional support, working alongside nurses and leadership who value your input and dedication. Training class available for certification.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification (or willingness to earn one)
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team to support residents
