Job summary

NHC HealthCare Milan is actively seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Milan, Tennessee. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support care planning in a skilled nursing setting.

Ideal candidates hold Tennessee licensure or a compact license, have strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and value collaborative teamwork. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, with benefits and eligibility varying by position and location.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a valid multi-state/compact license that allows practice in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CPR certification as required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards.

NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. As an RN, you will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting positive outcomes for our patients and residents.

Position Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.

Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.

Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.

Assist with the development and implementation of individualized plans of care.

Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.

Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.
