NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. As an RN, you will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting positive outcomes for our patients and residents.

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.
Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.
Assist with development and implementation of individualized plans of care.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Graduate Nurses (GNs) are encouraged to apply.
Current CPR certification as required.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
Eligible full-time hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Eligibility, payment schedule, and other terms are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
