NHC HealthCare Dickson in Dickson, TN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. We offer Full Time, Part Time, or PRN positions, with schedules that vary by center needs and patient care requirements.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, complete accurate documentation, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or multi-state license valid in Tennessee.
• CPR certification as required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• Promote a safe, respectful care environment.

Position Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.

Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.

Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.

Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Graduate Nurses (GNs) are encouraged to apply.

Current CPR certification as required.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.

Sign-On Bonus

Eligible full-time hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Eligibility, payment schedule, and other terms are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
