We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. As an RN, you will be the cornerstone of our residents' health and well-being, providing direct care, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
What You Bring:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
CPR certification.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
