We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. As an RN, you will be the cornerstone of our residents' health and well-being, providing direct care, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate resident responses to treatment and intervene as necessary.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for working with the senior population.
