The Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. As an RN, you will be the cornerstone of our residents' health and well-being, providing direct care, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident responses to treatment and intervene as necessary.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
What You Bring:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with the senior population.
