Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ condition and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Perform routine charting and documentation per policies.

Job Summary
