Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide patient care across facilities in Michigan. You’ll have control over your schedule, work with a team of clinicians, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan is required.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living, hospitals or schools.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver patient care.
• Take vitals, assess, document progress and report changes to the RN supervisor.
• Administer medications, operate equipment and maintain a safe environment.

As a nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools
• Work with a team of physicians, Nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
• Assist in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

A few must-haves for RNs:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Registered Nurse (RN) license with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
