Job summary

Join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool as a part-time Registered Nurse, night shift, spanning multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, using evidence-based practice and collaborating with diverse care teams.

Prerequisites include two years of bedside RN experience, RN license, and BLS/NRP; BSN preferred. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Two years of bedside L&B RN experience.
• BSN preferred, BSN goal encouraged.
• BLS and NRP certifications required to start.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across multiple hospitals.
• Care for adult/geriatric patients in a float pool setting.
