Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. This part-time night-shift role supports Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities, with assignments across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of bedside RN experience, RN licensure in the state or a compact, and hold BLS/NRP certifications. The program offers tuition assistance, a retirement plan, and additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• A minimum of two years of recent bed-side L&B RN experience.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS & NRP certifications required to start.
• BSN preferred.
