Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool. This part-time position (24 hours per week) covers night shifts across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited RN program with active licensure and at least two years of bedside RN experience. Epic experience is preferred, with BSN encouraged.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum two years of bedside RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across shifts.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with regional float pool and diverse care teams.
