Job summary

Mercy Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for adult/geriatric patients during the night shift. This part-time role covers multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region, with at least 24 hours per week.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current RN license (state or compact), and a minimum of two years bedside experience. BLS and NRP are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent bedside RN experience.
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS & NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care during night shifts within the Regional Float Pool across multiple Mercy facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
