Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to join its Regional Float Pool, providing care across Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding communities in the St. Louis region.

This role supports adult/geriatric patients with opportunities across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU and more. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care, collaborate with diverse care teams, and thrive in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/other specialty.
• BLS (Med/Surg/Behavioral Health); ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across multiple units (Med/Surg, Tele, SD, ICU).
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain standards of nursing practice.
