Louis region. The position offers a night shift with a robust benefits package, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus, base pay determined by experience, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Preferred BSN education.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Be part of Mercy’s Regional Float Pool and provide care across multiple hospitals within the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain high standards of nursing practice.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence during shift rotations (nights).
