Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, covering multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, ICU, and other units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• RN license in hiring state; compact licensure where applicable.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS required for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; CC requires BLS, ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint.
