Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, providing bedside care across Mercy South and surrounding communities. The role requires flexibility to work at various facilities within the St. Louis region on night shifts.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult/geriatric patients, with opportunities for ongoing learning and professional growth within Mercy’s caring team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital.
• Float across Mercy's regional facilities and multi-hospital teams.

Education
