Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking a registered nurse to float across Mercy St. Louis and surrounding facilities. This part-time night position involves working in the Emergency Department across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of ED experience, current RN license, and active BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC/MANDT within 90 days. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a thriving team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience; at least 6 months in last year.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy St Louis and surrounding Community Mercy Hospital facilities.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
