Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Rapid Response Team (RRT) Nurse for night shifts at the Augusta facility. The role requires coordination of rapid response assessments, timely interventions, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams, and support ongoing performance improvement while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• RRT nurse coordinates rapid response assessments and interventions.
