Job summary

• RN with acute care experience required within designated area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RN Rapid Response triggers, Code Blues, Heart and Stroke Alerts, Sepsis alerts and other emergencies.
• Identify patients at risk and perform proactive rounds to support bedside nurses.
• Serve as teacher and clinical resource during and after events to guide less experienced staff.
