Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth in Plymouth, MA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decision Unit on a full-time Day shift (36 hours per week) with rotating weekends and holidays.

The role requires MA RN license, telemetry experience, and BLS; ACLS preferred; you will assess, plan, implement, and document care, aiming for efficient patient flow and safe discharges.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• 12 months acute care RN experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient status.
• Advise on clinical pathways and ensure safety standards.
