Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in acute care or imaging support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Care: follow nursing protocols and document procedures.
• Assess and Reassess: evaluate patient/family needs regularly.
• Plan Care: involve patients/families in care plans and conferences.
• Coordinate with professionals to develop patient plans.
• Teach patients and families about health topics.
• Lead and educate other team members.
• Adhere to safety and competency requirements.
