Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse in the CT Radiology department. The role supports outpatient imaging, requiring ICU or ER experience and a PA RN license with a BSN. Shifts include Saturdays 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and every other Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with no on-call obligations.

The RN will work with radiologists and technologists to provide holistic patient care before, during, and after scans, including IV/port access, education, and monitoring during procedures.

Qualifications

• RN license in PA (Required)
• ICU or ER experience preferred
• BSN degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide CT radiology care to outpatient patients
• Secure IV/port access and assist with imaging protocols
• Administer medications and monitor pre-/post-scan care
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists as part of the care team
• Follow professional practice standards and contribute to quality improvement
