Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for Radiology Pre/Post. You will apply nursing assessments to patients across age groups undergoing imaging procedures, and provide post-procedure recovery care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with state RN licensure.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible hours.
• Experience with IV starts, sedation recovery, and cardiac monitoring preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; computer skills with EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients across age groups undergoing imaging procedures and post-procedure recovery.
• Coordinate nursing care and education across care transitions.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, nurses and others.
• Mentorship/leadership roles and participation in committees.
• May be required to drive personal vehicle.
