Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Radiology Pre/Post to apply nursing assessment skills across inpatient and outpatient settings, caring for patients from infant to geriatric as they undergo imaging procedures.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and provide patient education, with opportunities for professional growth. New graduates offered Nurse Residency; experienced RNs welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• BLS must be valid for 90 days post start; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments for radiology patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians, technologists, and the nursing team.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
