Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for Radiology Pre/Post care at our Minnesota Mary Brigh Building location. You will perform detailed nursing assessments, care for patients across age groups undergoing imaging procedures, and support recovery post-procedure.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Flexibility for varied shifts and on-call work is expected, with collaboration across physicians, technologists, and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN license.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS preferred; BLS valid.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and care for patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Provide nursing care and post-procedure recovery for varied age groups.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in Nurse Residency and support new graduates.
• Lead and mentor team members as needed.
