Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for Radiology Pre/Post, providing comprehensive nursing care from infant to geriatric populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will perform nursing assessments, recover patients post-procedure, and coordinate care with physicians, technologists and other nurses.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and flexibility to work varied shifts; ACLS/PALS preferred. BSN is preferred, with opportunities for residency for new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA
• One year of professional RN experience required
• BSN preferred; RN start dates considerations may apply
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and education across inpatient and outpatient radiology settings
• Coordinate nursing care within multidisciplinary team
• Supervise and mentor other staff; participate in quality improvement
• Maintain licensure and Certifications (BLS, ACLS/PALS preferred) and adapt to variable hours
