Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing required.
• Two years of medical/surgical RN experience required.
• RN with Associate degree and one year RN procedural experience preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in AZ.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or eligible.
• Competency in basic EKG skills demonstrated by test or coursework.

Responsibilities

• Performs ongoing systematic assessments across physiologic, psychosocial, cultural and cognitive domains.
• Formulates goal-directed, prioritized care plans based on nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Implements care thoroughly and consistently.
• Sets priorities for patient care using resources and needs.
