Responsibilities

• Lead the RAI/MDS program and serve as Facility Administrator for RAI/MDS software.
• Ensure CMS and VHA compliance for all RAI/MDS assessments and related processes.
• Prepare quarterly reliability reports and support survey readiness activities.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to maintain accurate documentation and drive performance improvement.
