Centra Health is seeking a Homecare Quality and Utilization Review Nurse (RN with BSN) to collaborate with Centra Home Health/Hospice teams. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating continuing education and in-service programs for targeted audiences at both individual and organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Required Education: ADN from accredited Nursing Program.
• Preferred BSN or MSN.
• Three to five years related experience; computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred teaching experience; hospice or home health experience.
• Licensure: Virginia RN license or multi-state/compact license; BLS.
• Preferred Hospice RN certification.

Responsibilities

• Audit patient records and identify deficiencies to improve care.
