Job summary

KeystoneCare is seeking a Registered Nurse - Quality Assurance to lead quality assurance initiatives and enhance nursing staff skills. This role involves developing educational curricula for home health and hospice, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will oversee quality assurance processes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. A Master's degree, current RN license in Pennsylvania, and experience in nursing education are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in home health, hospice, or related fields.
• Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred.
