Formación

• ADN required with RN licensure in Illinois.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with clinical data abstraction and registries is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret documentation and analyze clinical data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver education, reports, and performance summaries for staff and leadership.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and registry specifications are followed.
• Enter, maintain, and submit accurate data within registries and quality reporting systems.
• Manage priorities independently, maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to deadlines.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and evidence-based practices to enhance safety and outcomes.
• Perform chart reviews and abstract/analyze patient information from EMR for registries and reporting.
• Support audits and documentation to ensure data integrity and readiness.
