Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a Quality Review Specialist-RN to provide consultative services on quality assessment and trends for medical staff and hospital departments.

The role involves detailed retrospective reviews and collaboration with risk management and IS teams. Qualified candidates will have RN licensure, 4+ years of clinical experience including 2 years in quality/utilization review, and proficiency with EHR and data reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical or hospital experience; 2 years in quality or utilization review.
• Substitutable education/experience: None.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrospective quality reviews using approved criteria.
• Identify trends and prepare data reports for medical staff and departments.
• Support performance improvement activities and maintain data integrity.
• Assist in risk management and patient safety investigations.
• Participate in committees and provide data-driven recommendations.
